Parachute Nylon Material

Carabiner Clips & Ropes Included

Enjoy your afternoon in the backyard, on the patio, or even at the beach (provided you can find two palm trees next to each other).

June and May Hammock is made from lightweight breathable parachute-style woven nylon, so it's like laying on a puffy cloud. The extra-durable nylon rope and triple reinforced stitching mean that the hammock can support up to 400lbs.

The two side pockets are there not only are a place to store your phone, keys, and such, but also can also even hold a refreshing beverage on a warm summer's day.

And when it's time to pack up, the whole hammock, ropes included, stuffs into one of those pouches and closes right up. The whole thing weighs less than a pound and a half.

HAMMOCK SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Find two objects you want to tie your hammock between

Make sure they are secure enough to hold your body weight.

STEP 2

Lay your hammock length-wise between the two objects

The hammock should be able o fully extend without or barely touching either object.

STEP 3

Wrap the provided nylon rope around the tree, post, pole or other tall, secure object.

The center of the nylon rope should be on the side which faces the hammock, and the ends should meet on the side away from the hammock.

STEP 4

If you are using any smooth object to secure the hammock, tie the rope with a double overhand knot.

Make sure the height of the rope is at least 2 feet higher than where you want the hammock to hang.

STEP 5

Bring the rope back around and secure the ends together with a water knot.

The knot should sit about 18" away from the tree or pole.

STEP 6

Repeat these steps on the other tree, post, or pole

STEP 7

Attach the hammock to the ropes using the provided carabiners

STEP 8

Carefully sit and enjoy your afternoon in the hammock!

DOUBLE OVERHAND KNOT

  1. Loop one end of the rope around the over to create an overhand knot at the end of a rope but do not tighten.
  2. Loop one end around the other end one additional time.
  3. Tighten the knot, letting the ropes slide until they are taut.

WATER KNOT

  1. Tie a loose overhand knot at the end of one of the ropes.
  2. Thread the end of the other rope through the knot, following the path of the original knot exactly.
  3. To tighten, pull on all 4 straps at once.
